The BHAM Babes Walking Club started in April of 2023. Our founder, Caroline Foster, started the group to simply make friends who also loved going for walks. We’ve grown tremendously within the short time we’ve been around and created a community of amazing women.

We have a team of walk leaders who spread out through downtown Birmingham, Trussville, & South BHAM who walk up to four times per week. Our South BHAM area is the largest and includes areas such as Homewood, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Pelham, Alabaster, & Helena.

We have been featured in BHAM NOW, StyleBluePrint, & on WBRC. We are so proud to bring friendship, movement, and community to the women in and around Birmingham, Alabama. Our founder, Caroline, was also named one of the City Of Birmingham’s 2024 StrongHer nominees for her work within the club and how they work to help the local community.
