FOUNDER

Caroline has been in Birmingham for 5 years with her husband, two German shepherds, & her cat. She is 33 years old and a Capricorn through & through. In her free time she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, weightlifting, walking, & cooking. She lives for thrifting & aimlessly walking through antique stores. She has a degree in marketing, but has recently stared school again to become an esthetician. She is originally from Hendersonville, NC.

Community Coordinator

Lauren has lived in Birmingham since 2013 when she moved here as a Freshman at UAB. She graduated with a degree in psychology and currently works with kids and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. She also has her certification in Personal Training and provides fitness training as a side job/hobby. She works nights so she is able to be home with her 1 year old son during the week. In her free time, she love being outdoors, exploring Birmingham, reading, and traveling. She is also working on a web series with he mom where they are traveling to every county in Alabama to show the state’s incredible nature, history, and hidden gems. She joined Bham Babes to meet new people and participate in social events with like-minded women. “Women who support each other are confident, empowered, and unstoppable.”

Downtown Walk Leader

Haley enjoys exercising, dancing, trying new restaurants, road trips, fashion, and cocktails. She lives in Highland Park with her mini me and black cat, Audrey. She loves dark chocolate, coffee, and a good bourbon. She works as a surgical ophthalmology assistant and bartends on the weekends.

South BHAM Walk Leader

Christina enjoys walking, crochet, dogs, houseplants, and cozy video games. She originally from Wisconsin and now lives in Pelham with her husband and their two dogs, Penny Lane and Luna. Christina works from home for a marketing services company.

Trussville Walk Leader

Savanna enjoys reading, traveling (particularly to the beach), Starbucks, spending time with her family, and football (Roll Tide & Go Bengals!). She is a full time Logistics Accountant and will be getting married to her fiancé, Dalton, early 2024!

Christy is a hairstylist at two salons. She has a fur baby named Deja. She loves animals and wants to own a farm one day. She loves having lunch with the girls and roller skating!

Hike Leader

Katherine has enjoyed hiking and the outdoors since discovering the hobby during her time at Auburn (War Eagle!). Since then, she has been hiking the trails of Birmingham and the Southeast. In the past several years, she has hiked and camped in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons and hiked in Europe. Katherine also enjoys listening to Taylor Swift, reading, and spending time with her dog, Rosie. She lives in Mountain Brook and works as a financial analyst.

Book Club Leader

Mel is 27, from New York, and runs our book club! She loves to cook and play pickleball. Her happy places include: the grocery store, coffee shops, libraries, & baseball stadiums.
